Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the new architectural structure.
User Conduct & Load Limits
Users must not attempt to breach the backend infrastructure or exceed the 100k concurrent user stress-test limits. Any automated scraping or reverse-engineering of our proprietary game engine loops is strictly prohibited.
Hardware Compliance
Our apps are optimized for 60fps refresh rates. We are not liable for performance degradation on sub-standard hardware or battery life depletion caused by high-fidelity graphical processing.
Intellectual
High-Fidelity Assets
Everything from the shaders designed for mid-range mobile devices to the monetization logic breakdowns remains the sole property of ConceptPath Gaming Apps.
Usage License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use our apps for personal entertainment. This does not grant rights to any "Mechanics Matrix" logic or technical blueprints.
The Redline Constraint
Violating asset integrity leads to immediate IP-bans. No seamless integration with third-party cheating software is permitted.

Data Integrity
We are not responsible for data loss occurring due to hardware-level failure or player choice regarding battery life optimization modes that limit processing power during critical game loops.
Access Revocation
We maintain absolute discretion over the "Command Deck". We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Immediate account deletion for hacking or reverse-engineering attempts.
Legal disputes will be mediated in Rome, Italy, following European civil protocols.
